I did the same lift using the 22210 and 22415 and I'm very happy with the results. However, here's what I did differently.

I chose to go with the Rancho 9000XLs for the shocks and love them. They were doing the $100 rebate when I bought mine.

I did not use any shims and have not noticed a need for them.

I bought the new ubolts from a local spring shop that made them to the length I needed.

I did not do the drop pitman arm and it seems to be fine. However, I'm no expert, so decide for yourself.

I chose a dual steering stablizer. Very happy with it.
I ended up removing my Hellwig Anti Sway bar to do the install. I believe you need some longer pieces to make it work with the lift. I haven't reinstalled it and haven't noticed a need for it. I don't tow and I don't offroad, so I'm not sure if it is really needed or not.

Good luck with your lift. It took me and a buddy about 9 hours to complete the install. We have no mechanic experience and we were working in my driveway. Not too bad overall.

Oh god. Truckaddons is actually Trailblazers in Lexington KY where I live they just changed their website name. It is the worst business ever. They litterally dont put prices on anything in the store, nobody helps you out while the employees are babbling on their cell phones and eating, and if you need a price on something you have to wait in line forever. They also adjust prices according to who you are. If you are mexican they will actually charge you more. And if you order something, you have to go pick it up at their wharehouse. Lol. Anyways looks like you got a good deal. (:

Thanks for your input. Maybe I should try without the sway bar first, and see how it drives..
