okay, I cant find the damn ring. I thought I found it but it turned out to be part of the hub. I can't find the little holes you would stick snap ring pliers into either. Wtf???

should look a little something like this: http://www.trossenrobotics.com/store...0&bh=300&h=300
worst come to worst just degrease the **** out of it. good time to do it anyways and add a ****ton more new grease when you put it all back together. what's that old line grandpa used to say? "grease and earl is cheap, parts ain't."

thanks guys, youre the best. And yeah, it needs a cleaning. My hubs are always full of a nice silt/grease mixture that makes me wonder why they still work good.
