Intermittent starting 07 Edge

I picked up an 07 Edge a few months back and have been having an intermittent starting problem with it. I took it to the dealer and he said he couldn't find anything wrong. Has anyone here experienced this or know anything about it. Would appreciate any help offered. Thanks

thmitch79 is starting off with a positive reputation.
I had the same problem with my '07 Edge SEL, battery was bad on mine. Might be your problem as well. I find the Motocraft brand of batteries to not be that reliable. MHO of course. Good luck.

I'm not having any problem with the cranking Mitch, it cranks , just doesn't start. I'm thinking it may be something in the security system preventing it from starting.
