ODB-II Scanners / Laptop Software

Has anyone purchased and use any of the ODB-II Scanner Laptop Software? I was thinking of purchasing something along those lines, I have a code reader, but thats all it does. there are many options out there, any better than the other?

thanks

I'm using Special Forces Recon software and their Delta Forces tuning suite. I've played with autotap as well. Recon is friendlier for tuning, but autotap is better for diagnostics. What are your goals for the software/interface?

would like it for troubleshooting, tuning, playing around etc. I think they are cool, may not be worth the cost however.
