I have been looking for a dana 60 front axle to replace the d50 ttb so i can get my truck in the air a little easier and have a better axle. Is anyone near bozeman montana that has an extra that they would like to sell?

Right now i have 3.55 but i want 4.10 since i will be running 35-37in tires. I will swap out the rear if i can find a good front

Find a beat up 350 then swap the parts with yours and sell it.

 

I have been trying to find a beat up 350 too. $1100 that seams a little high to me, or is that about average

 

well mine was listed for 1200 and i got it for 400 so call and find out sometimes the prices are bs

 

i just bought a 60 Kingpin front and a 10.25 Stearling for 600 bucks. i really didnt want the rear but i couldent pass it up. finally got the 60 rebuilt and starting the swap tonight.

yep thats all you can do, i looked from march to september, finally found this one. the guy had no idea what he had, he just knew they were out of a one ton truck

 

That's the key right there. The extreme 4x4 world is gobbling up 60's as fast as the fat kid at the candy factory, and $1100 isn't that bad of a deal for a kingpin 60. Ball joint 60's are going for $850ish, even if they are the metric/unit bearing junk.

Rodneywar: how did you talk a jy from $1200 to $400 for a kingpin 60? Did you show up with Luca?
