Porting heads /460 / specifications?

I am pulling the heads off my 75 460 to having them rebuilt. Along with this, they will be porting the exhaust - it is my understanding that this is recommended to eliminate the restricted exhaust flow.

I will be install hedman 89140 headers after the heads are finished. When they port the heads, would I want/need to give them any specifications for the headers to match the opening size or does this not make any difference?

Might want to look into something like these as a swap in replacement.
There's far more potential than the first gen emissions heads you have now.
