2000 Explorer Sport, Rough Idle when cold

I purchased a 2000 Explorer Sport with a 4.0 SOHC with 125,000 miles on it that idles rough when you first start it in the morning. After it warms up some the idle smoothes out and the truck runs fine.
I don’t have a check engine light and show no codes on the scanner.
Any ideas what could be causing this?

Don't know, but I have the same issue on my 2001 Sport trac with 45,000 miles on it. I just bought it a week ago and it runs fine except when you first start it and the temp is below 20F. It runs rough for the first 5-15 seconds and then runs fine after that.
