1986 F-150 transmission swap?

I have a 1986 F-150 regular cab and bed with a FI 302 and a 4 spd tranny. I was wondering if anyone knows where I could get a 5 spd to swap it out with and keep the same driveshaft.
On a side note, are there any good websites for this range of truck to get accessories and performance parts?
Thanks in advance!

There were two 5-speeds used in our trucks. The Mazda M5OD-R2 (a light duty trans) and the ZF 5-speed (a heavy duty trans). Either one would be a relatively easy swap, but I don't know if either would use your existing drive shaft.

Do yourself a favor and use the search tool with this swap. It has been covered hundreds of times with hundreds of write ups on how to do it. Really simple and really worth your time. Where are you located? I have a M5OD that would fit right into your tuck.

Sorry, I guess I should have used the search to begin with, haven't been on a forum in awhile. I am near Savannah, GA, I looked on your profile and it says you are in Indianna right?

New question, I am planning on changing out my clutch and I don't know if I have a 10 inch or 11 inch clutch, this is my daily driver so i can't really just pull it out to measure unless I have to. I would prefer to only take the tranny apart once. Is there any way to tell without physically inspecting it?

Use the info on the door jam to find which trans you have and call up the auto parts store with that info and they can tell you what size you need.
