Smile OT - Turbocharged Kawasaki Mule

This is my brother's project I just helped him finish. It's a Kawasaki 3010 Diesel Mule now with a Toyota CT-9 Turbocharger. It makes a solid 3lbs. of boost right now and our next step is to turn the pump up just a little. We still want this thing to be reliable but keep it's speed going up our steep hills.

I'll get a video of it soon. This thing sounds wicked!

Haha, we wish! We'll be happy with it when it carries 4 people up steep hills while holding 20 to 25 mph

We're going to try to be careful..... I've been doing research on these engines and I expect that we could blow it up if we turn the pump up too much. They are easy to over-rev.

What Jay said, plus nice pics.

You need some tunes for your mule. During live tuning with Jody this past June he was telling me about tuning his Kawasaki side-by-side and getting 8 more horsepower. He knows Kawasaki.

That is COOL!
Looks like you have the fuel turned up enough, nice big puff of smoke that clears as soon as the turbo spools.
