Long crank after oil cooler replacement

Hey guys, just finished repairs on truck after catastrophic. So here is what I done to truck. Oil cooler, stc update, turbo drain and supply, injector orings, stand pipes and dummy plugs, and blue spring update. Alone with cleaning and currently flushing coolant system. So here is my problem: I have real long cranks. Btw long time getting it started, lots of air in rails. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
