Got the Ex back.....$1249 later :-(

Backround. It was running rough after it started. Then the check engine light cam on. Then it wouldn't start. Towed to the dealer. Took a week to look at it and about 2 hours to fix it.

They replaced the FICM. I gave the dealer their $1200 Christmas present and off I went. Does seem to have more pep...but maybe its just wishful thinking.

It probably does have more pep. It may have been dying over time and you just didn't notice. Thanks for letting us know what it was.

Whole FICM is (or was) cheaper than the half shell and way less labor.
