2001 Ford Expedition Battery Sign.
Hello When I Drive My Battery Sign Keeps Popping Up Also When Accelerating On High RPM. Today When I Was Driving The Radio Turned Off And The Gauge Stop Working Then After My Car Stall And Wouldn't Turn On. It Would Crank But Nothing Would Happen. What Would The Problem Be?

Charge Indicator (battery lamp):
"Receives a charge signal from the Generator. The warning indicator will light when the charge at the generator falls below the normal operating range"
If it's not a loose cable/wire/connector(s) or blown fuse somewhere, I'd take a guess it sounds like a voltage regulator going out.
Has anything electrical or mechanical been installed/removed/replaced in the last 30 days or so?
Might start by checking:
Fuse #11 (20A) at the battery junction box, and
Fuse #30 (30A) at the central junction box.

The battery light coming on indicates a problem in the charging system. Sounds like your alternator may be going out, usually from worn brushes. Check the connector and cables for a good connection. Get a voltmeter and check the voltage on your battery with the engine off, then check the voltage with the engine running. Engine off the voltage should be around 12+ volts and 13-14+ volts with the engine running. If the engine is running and you are below 12 volts, the alternator is not putting out enough volts. If it checks out weak, take it to the parts store and have it tested.

Check the alternator harness for damage as shown in this thread:
