true.. however those two days you dont have to think about work..so any thoughts on the new call center headed your way?
It will be interesting to see what labor pool they pull from.... Pocatello is a college town and we're flooded with kids with no work ethic; no skills; and show no respect for other people or for their surroundings...
Allstate wants to pull in 500+ "quality" people - Between us and the other large call center in town, we don't have 500 people combined... The only way to pull in the people they want is to hire from out of the area...
I have to admit, though, I am thinking about seeing if they need any Facilities people at that site (that's what I am now - facilities maintenance/manager/coordinator.)
