Well, I didn't want to get caught dragging my feet again

It's November already? Wait, what happened?

Morning everyone, FINALLY got online. You'd be amazed how much email piles up when your away from your company or WiFi for four days. Fall is here, beyond a shadow of a doubt. Time to pull the insulated bibs out for work at night.

From last month's thread:

I did once, to report a toolbox stolen out of the bed of a truck. But I try to make a habit of it to be a good boy and stay under the radar...in more that one way.

Gobble, gobble! In a way I can't wait for Thanksgiving...time with family, great home cooking, and Ark vs LSU...oh yeah, I can't wait! The only down side is I usually end up eating way too much.

Morning gents...I'd say ladies as well; but to my knowledge we don't have any posting members of the female persuasion. I'm sure I'll get some some hate mail for that comment.

I didn't say mine was normal...far from it in fact. But after a day with them I feel so much better about my own little world.

We'd miss you, but I don't think that's what you were fishing for. My wife from time to time has made the comment that she'd like to spend Thanksgiving or Christmas at my Grandmother's in Michigan. This is usually in July & August; then she'll catch a weather report in mid-November and she quickly changes her mind for some strange reason.

When we were up in South Dakota last year, my wife mentioned how much she'd like to live up there. Her story changed when we saw on the news this past winter where they'd gotten like 8 ft of snow in one storm.

Never said I wanted to live in NH, when the snow flies, this southern boy is headed SOUTH!!!!!! And another thing, I'm not taking my 53 up there either, my luck it would snow and they'd start putting salt on the roads. Guess I'll take the old Mercedes, it's already rusty.

Why do I wash my truck? I swear it gives every bird within 30 miles a case of the runs and draws 'em in like a moth to a flame when I wash it. At least I put RainX on the windshield after I cleaned the truck this time...airborne poop is no match for RainX.

My vote is for that Dam Dodge...the only thing worth a flip on it is the mill under the hood. But I don't remember this being a democratic decision as far as what you take to Yankee land.

An elderly man is stopped by the police around 1 a. m. and is asked where he is going at this time of night.

The man replies, “I am going to a lecture about alcohol abuse and the effects it has on the human body”.

The officer then asks, “Really? Who is giving that lecture at this time of night?”

The man replies, “My wife.”

It was before my time on FTE...so I'm a little clueless what your saying. But that's ok, lack of sleep I'm sure is playing it's part too.

A dog, a priest and a rabbi walk into a bar. Bartender says, "What is this, some kind of a joke?"
