anyone ever use arrowcraft aftermarket dually fenders?

Hey guys. I have my project truck that i am restoring. it was my first truck but has gotten pretty rusty, and has LOW oil pressure. I love the truck so instead of selling it or junkin it, its getting restored from the ground up. its a 1989 F-350 4x4 crew cab dually diesel. it was a centurion conversion but without the really fancy wood interior. It needs a new bed and the dually fenders have been trashed from rocks getting stuck inbetween the duals and smaking the fenders causing them to crack. Has anyone ever used the arrowcraft dually fenders before? Do they just bolt directly onto a stock fleetside bed? a true dually bed is completely different from a regular fleet side bed. I am seriously considering finding a shortbed and making a square body 4 door shortbed dually. It'd be the first one i've ever seen. So, does anyone know about how much the fenders themselves are, and how they mount? i tried to email arrowcraft but my computer wont send the email through.

Thanks guys,
