removed the air hors out of the intake
Put in a K&N filter and drilled 3 holes in the lower ait box, I then raised it up from its mounts to let in more air.
Then I cleaned up the box a little to my liking...Its hi temp aluminum engine enamel.
All this made a HUGE difference in power, I couldnt believe how restriced the horns were. Just from the seat of pants feel I bet I made 15-25 more HP out of this poor restricted bug block.
I also ordered my summit roll pan! should be here this week.

You are doing a great job. That silver is starting to creep under the hood now. Haha. I have to say, I've been shaking my head at the stock intake system as long as I've had old Clyde but I haven't wanted to drop all kinds of coin on an intake system. They just aren't worth the money. You just solved my dilemma. I'm totally gonna copy your airbox design, (with full credit given to you in all ways, of course.) I love the look of that silver on the airbox and that will be a perfect place for a good Clyde name placard. Thanks for the ideas brother!

Thanks for the compliment. The last thing I want to do is spend coin. Im not a fan of open air filters...they may breath better but suck in hot engine air and bad for offroading unless they are sheilded. The silver "almost" matches lol, its what I had on the shelf and thought maybe the ceramic in the engine enamel might help keep it cool in the summer. Feel free to copy! no need to give credit, although I appreciate it,

OFFICIAL BUILD - Project '95 F350 4x4 460 - New Roll Pan
Got in my summit racing fiberglass roll pan. It was like 115.00. Fits pretty good but needs some cleanup. Still needs a little adjustment on the gap between the tail gate and roll pan. I got some trailer lights for the license plate light from AutoZone, they fit nice.

Summitracing.com. Summit Racing SUM-G203010 - Summit Racing® Roll Pans - Overview - SummitRacing.com I got it mainly cuz it was cheap and I buy stuff from summit religously. Im very happy with it for the price. I refuse to pay 300+ for some of the other roll pans. Steel would be nice but this truck isnt a show truck. Plus shaving weight on these beasts are always a good thing!
It needs a coat of glaze to fill some pinholes from the molding, but the the fiberglass is very solid, and doesnt flex. This truck will be off-roaded some and having the bumper or not doesnt matter because of the low trailor hitch. Also if I get in a fender bender the other car will either hit the hitch or the axle lol.

No, your on your own when it comes to mounting it. I used metal screws. I had to make sure it was easily replaceable. It screws on the bed behind the tailgate (if it was removed) I need to make a lower bracket for it since its ony secured at the top right now. You could also secure it from the sides.

Here you see where I used sheet metal screws to screw it to the bed.
I welded tabs on the hitch to use the lower license plate bolts to bolt it firmly to the body.
Once I drilled holes in the tabs used the bottow two license plate bols to bolt it through the tabs the roll pans gaps evened out quit a lot. .
