Ughh, I hate reinstalling everything!

For the most part, it is going pretty well, but it is taking forever and I can't get my bloody Outlook running!

Soon I will have to give up and call our IT guy. I imagine he will want to remote in and snoop around my computer, but I guess it is pretty clean so there is not much for him to snoop through

OK sled guys , what do you know about a 2006 Yamaha Viking 1000 ?
I have a guy wanting to trade me one that is supposedly in very good condition.
Whats it worth?
How capable of a machine is it?
Would it be a OK machine just for some fun sledding on trails?
Thanks

Good evening BC. Don't know much about it but I believe it is a utility sled so wide track geared lower probably heavy, especially since its a Yamaha. Should be ok on the trail. I couldn't find anything on it doin a quick search.

Good morning everyone!

Well, I got the deck on my truck now, so I just need to get my sled put back together and I will be ready for winter!

My truck is throwing a code now though, so I gotta find time to do a search for code PO139. I broke it down to being something to do with the power train emissions, so I am guessing that it is not too critical

I think that pretty much sums up everything I know about. It will be a 4 stroke, wide track, utility machine. It will probably have a 2 speed gearbox along with mechanical reverse. Being that old, it will not have power steering like the newer yammis.

Truck Still under warranty?
The utility sled would be more like a crew cab long box dually 4x4 then say a mustang.

Yes, the truck is still on warrenty, but the next few days are going to be really busy, so getting to the dealer could be tough.

Wow, this place is slow today, where is everyone?

The pooring rain has changed to a slushy blizzard here. Could be a fun drive home if it gets any cooler!
