When I was at my local Lowes a few weeks ago, I noticed that the trees were already up and the other decorations were in the process of going on the shelves. That reminds me, I need to check the lights on the pine tree in the side yard before the weather gets to crappy.

I am off tomorrow as well. We are getting ready to get cut trees in. Setting up the outside area. And I work at Lowe's part time.

especially cut trees. I have a neighbor that sells christmas trees and they will be starting to go by the house right around Thanksgiving.

We start about then as well. Some people like their trees up at Thanksgiving time. We are just getting the area ready. People are buying the artificial ones already.

We put our tree up the Saturday after Thanksgiving, but it is an artificial one so it does not really matter when it goes up

We figure that the wood stove would contribute nicely to that issue.
