BODY code D81: D = Medium Beige Crush Vinyl & Medium Beige Cody Pattern Woven Plastic / 81 = 81B Custom Cab.

TRANS code C is the Ford type 3.03 3 speed manual Medium Duty all sycromesh transmission. The Light Duty version was used with the 240 I-6.

AXLE code 17 is non Limited Slip.

GVW 5,000 lbs. refers to the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating. This is not the weight of the truck.

63: Memphis TN Ford District Sales Office, where the original selling dealer ordered the truck from.
