BG Transmission Service - Warranty

BG Transmission Service - Warranty
I am old school, even though I don't really tow much at all with my F-150 I have had the transmission serviced at 30K and more recently at 60K, though I honestly think that Ford recommends 60K for first service if not 100K Anyhow.... I found out last night as @ 60,180 miles I had my truck in for its 60K service. Over the past few months after the service it seemed be having some slight slips / skips. So I decided to check the tranny fluid and it was about 1" up on the stick! So I brought it back to the stealership and they fixed it in 30 minutes and during my discussion with the service advisor - he mentioned that being a little high wouldn't cause permanant damage and then mentioned BG Warranty
Quick and Dirty Details:
If you get your Transmission Flush/Filled at a Ford Stealership that uses BG Transmission service, then you get additional warranty on your transmission depending on when you first got it serviced (0-36,000 miles or 36,001 to 75,000) miles you get $2000 and $1000 accordingly towards repairs to the Transmission!

I do have a paper copy of the details and I can scan that and attach if anyone is interested in it. I am sure you can get a copy of it from the local Ford Stealership. That is where I got mine. I also did a quick search on the internet, but did not come up with it.. not even on BG's website

I am just trying to pass info along... and besides there is also alot to be said about proper preventive maintenance and up-keep will help extend the life of your vehicle...... It is a matter of personal preference.. but I can almost bet that if we did a Poll and asked how many guys get their Automatic tranny flush/filled/changed every 30K, the % would be high..
