The rad support will fit but you need to cut a few holes in it for the 67-72.

The inner fenders will fit but you will also need the 73-79 hinges and hood. The hinges on a 73-79 bolt on the opposite side of the 67-72. Also the reason for the 73-79 hood.

Someone else should chime in also but I think I got all that straight.

The 67-72 hood will work with the 73-79 hinges/inner fenders. You have to use the 73-9 cowl brackets with the newer inner fenders and they may need to have the mounting holes slotted to massage the fit. The newer rad support fits but as the hood latches are different you need to drill and mount j-clips to hold on the older latch design. Easy to figure out. Might as well go all the way and find a pair of the '77-'79 plastic fender liners and install them for more protection (some trimming required).

1967/72 & 1973/79: There are TWO different radiator supports.

With a Super Cooling radiator, the opening radius is much larger.

If you do not have a Super Cooling radiator, and you get a support for one, there will be no place to bolt on the radiator's mounting flanges.

The fan shroud used w/a Super Cooling radiator is also different.

So if i get this right you could use a 73 and up hood and inside fenders on a 67- 72. Do the body lines line up like normal? I know you can use a 73 and up rad support, mine has that already.

Thanks.

The newer hood has similar lines but you don't have to use it; the 67-72 hood will work.
