Not anything constructive I guess. The park brake has to be set and the truck has to be in park. Other then that I guess you need to check your wiring and fuses.

Yeah it was totally the park brake... I figured that out by looking through this thread this morning but thanks bud!

Ok now that I got this mod to work (had 2 brown wires) using the right wires I have a question about it. I fired up the truck and flipped the switch and it worked but it had a significant shimmy to it when it went to high idle then smoothed out. Also if I put it to the 1200 rpm that everyone says is best it has a shake to it bad enough to shake the truck. Any suggestions ???
Thanks
Tom

Hi there just did my 2014 with pot install and I also have slight rough idle at times while using the s e I c mod it's not constant though and I did turn off high idle and tried to replicate rpm with peddle no rough idle at all is this a problem with the pot itself or what ?

Just curious would a 1/ 4 watt pot be sufficient then if the resistance range was correct .easier finding 1/4 watt pots where I am from what I've read though most people have either a 2 watt or a half watt pot
