Can some on tell me how to remove the power point face? Thanks in advance!

Getting to the power was easy.

The upper **** is the pot and the lower **** is a momentary switch.

Look along the bottom of the bezel, you will see a notch that's about 1/4" wide and 1/16" tall.

Put some painters tape on a flat blade screwdriver and use that in the notch to pry up on the bottom of the power point bezel.

Not anything constructive I guess. The park brake has to be set and the truck has to be in park. Other then that I guess you need to check your wiring and fuses.

Also if I put it to the 1200 rpm that everyone says is best it has a shake to it bad enough to shake the truck. Any suggestions ???

Thanks

Hi there just did my 2014 with pot install and I also have slight rough idle at times while using the s e I c mod it's not constant though and I did turn off high idle and tried to replicate rpm with peddle no rough idle at all is this a problem with the pot itself or what ?

Also wondering if there's a reason I couldn't use a 1/4 watt pot I used a 2 watt pot on mine and works great just curious if the 1/4 watt would work fine

The build book says use a 1/4 watt resistor so I don't see why you couldn't use a 1/4 watt pot.

Just curious would a 1/ 4 watt pot be sufficient then if the resistance range was correct .easier finding 1/4 watt pots where I am from what I've read though most people have either a 2 watt or a half watt pot

Some times mine does that, I just adjust the pot a little and it goes away.

Thanks for the write up on this. My son and I did this last night. I now have high idle and my son learned how to solder. Double win!
