Help me troubleshoot - interior lights and panels are flashing
Hey folks. I have a 2008 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer. Can use some help identifying an issue with the interior lights. See the video below. The brightness of the green lights on the buttons and dash will go high to low (blinking). Also, the actual interior overhead lights will blink on and off. Lately, they will not come on when I open the door (which they should). But they will sometimes come on if I turn them on manually by turning the dimmer switch for the interior lights all the way up. I checked all of the fuses that could possibly correspond to this, and they were all fine.
I'm thinking it may be the panel dimmer switch itself. By that, I mean the rocker on the right side of this image.
(Not my image, and from a different model vehicle)

Hey folks. Still looking for assistance in figuring this out. I checked the wiring in the passenger kick panel, from alloro's advice, and everything looked to be ok. I've also checked all of the fuses that could have something to do with it, and they are good.
I updated my original post for clarity. If you could take a quick look at the video (it's short), and let me know if you have any suggestions.
I'm thinking it may be the dimmer switch itself. If so, I believe this is the correct part. If you are able to confirm that, let me know. And also, is ebay the best place to source this, or is there a trustworthy online store that sells it?

Thanks!
Edit: found it on Autozone's website, too.
