I read all these comments and fixed my 2008 Navigator. The climate control couldn't be adjusted with the fan up/down button. Only in auto by changing the temp up or down to slow the fan speed down. Also it wouldn't turn off. If I toggled it to off, then turned off the truck and started back off, then it would be off.

So, I tried a new climate control box (EATC?) but that didn't work (used ebay 110 bucks, that will be returned). What fixed it was the blower control module. Its 70 bucks at the auto parts store. It sits under the glove box in easy reach from the passenger side door. Now my fan works and turns off and on like it should.

Thanks for all of you that took the time to commend and reach out on here. Let me know if you have any question. sockmonkey29@gmail.com

Front fan blower 2007 ford expedition el

Changed the front blower and control module and tried to get fan blower to turn on. The rear blower works. Fuse and relay switch are ok. what is next? climate control on front panel display perhaps. running out of options at cost because i think the original blower and control module (resister) were ok. getting expensive but less than dealer. any advice?

Which panel do you have? What have you tried?

I've got a 2007 EB with the intermittent issue. Sometimes it runs great, sometimes we have to kick the dash or cycle the ignition or move some wires or all 3. And doing the ground wire TSB didn't fix it. Back to the drawing board.
