Welcome to our newest member - ivanimal
Hey everyone,
I want to welcome our newest member, ivanimal. He lives in the Bay Area and has a '66 F250. Those '60 something Fords are great.
We are a fun group that chats about lots of stuff, including trucks here. Please feel free to introduce yourself to the chapter. By the way, we really like seeing photos of member's trucks.

I will have to take better pictures of the old girl. These are iphone shots and I am not good with a camera. LOL
She has a 390
Disc brakes in the front drum in the rear
Power steering
Air conditioning
High output alternator
sway bars front and rear
Holley 650 4 barrel carb
Dual tanks
Headers Flowmasters
Needs lots of love, tires and paint.
I am a hunting enthusiast and gun collector. Funny hobby for a boy raised in San Francisco. It is what I like to do. I have a Jeep CJ7 with 50K original miles on it, I use it to hunt and not much else, no need to ruin this beauty. I am currently looking at a 73 Bronco that a friend wants to sell. I also own a couple of Japanese commuter cars. There is another project in the garage but I should not mention it on a Ford Forum

I have never really looked at a truck as anything more than a tool till now. I am definitely having fun. I have a room to remodel at home disc brakes to install on my other project, then the winter will be in full bloom and I can start on the truck. I have already been removing rust and dings in some areas one at a time. I cant wait to doll this old girl up.

I dont wheel as often as I did. This jeep has done the Rubicon five times. I was in it twice and followed it in my last Jeep twice as well. I hunt all over Northern California. I like to go play near Stonyford and around Lake Tahoe.
I traded a Dodge Durango for the Jeep a few years back. The guy that traded it to me was a friend that knew he was dying and wanted me to have it. I did not know that at the time. That Jeep means a lot to me.
