Late '90s Explorer w/302. Manual tranny?

Late '90s Explorer w/302. Manual tranny?
Looking through the RockAuto online catalog, it shows that the late '90s Explorers that came with the 302 had a manual transmission option.
The manual transmission was rare enough on the V6 engines, so what transmission would that be? How durable was it?
I've never seen one, but my holy grail Explorer would be the two-door Explorer with the 302 and a manual transmission.

No, it was not an option. No 96-01 V8 ever came with anything but a automatic 4R70W. Also no 5.0 ever same in a sport (2 door).

Thanks for the reply. I'd never seen the manual transmission behind the 302 Escape and I was just wondering.
