Looks great! Did you have hardened valve seats installed?

How much sanding needed or applied directly to frame?

Thanks for the comments everyone! Pete and I are in the process of doing his truck right now.. He is doing all the same MODS I did.. Neads went back on the truck at about 3:30am... we have some other things to get and the rest of it is going back together...
We didnt do much sanding.. We chipped away all the rust, used stripper, pressure washer everything a couple times.... POR 15'd the spots that still had some surface rust and them painted everything!!!

Did you use POR 15 to stop the rust and then painted over it or did you also use the POR as the paint to? Looks awesome!

We used POR15 on the rusty spots and painted the rest with a brush. It still looks KILLER!!
Thanks for the compliments!

So how is the truck running now after all of this? Can you tell a difference from before and after? This is all stuff that I'd like to do on my truck one day, but I need the time, money, and skills (or at least two out of the three!).
