5.4 idles but won't run above 2000 RPM
VEHICLE: 00 Expedition
Last week, I got engine codes for Too Lean on both banks. Went through all the vacuum lines, cleaned MAF, etc. Took it to a shop so they could read codes with their scanner and they said fuel pump.
So, we dropped the tank and changed the pump. My son liked this as he transferred the fuel from my nearly full tank to his truck.
Started the truck today. It idles, but won't rev above 2000 RPM. the engine will take vary little load before it wants to die. Checked, TPS, IAC, EVAP module. They all appear to be working. Can find no vacuum leaks.
the parts store scanner says no codes.
I'm stumped....

Thanks. Air filter is good. after searching around the engine bay looking for connectors that may have been "inadvertently" left off by the shop, I did find fuel coming out of the fuel pressure test port on the rail, as they left the cap off. That certainly is not the main issue. But after they fix that, I'll have them scan again.
