well, i just got all 4 ball joints replaced and guy said everything else is tight as it gets. but while driving, it likes to wonder a lil left and right. he also said i need an alignment. but would that affect the wondering? its on a 2000 Excursion 4x4 with 143k on the clock. i know it still needs shocks but that is it as far as suspension and steering.

 

Alignment, caster will make it wander badly.

 

im surprised that shop let you leave without getting an alignment done! that goes hand in hand with a ball joint job!!!
