I have owned two rangers that i have put in myself and have bought the traditional coversion headers, that have 1 5/8 primarys. I am now looking to put a real set of headers in my truck for my 347 mathmatically i need atleast 1 3/4" but i would like 2" (I might be spraying later on down the line.) In any case I can't find any conversion headers that will fit around a c6 tranny. and none of them are any bigger than 1 5/8. I was wondering...


a) If there is a direct bolt up 1 3/4 to 2" primary header.
b) Suggestions on a custom header fabrication
c) how much pain are custom weld up headers by your self.

any info would be greatly appreicated.
