2 different tcases. which one are you using?

The linkage that goes with the Tcase you're using should bolt on to the trans, so long as they're the same trans in front of them.

are you sure about the 91 bronco having a 208 case?

Your case as pictured there is either a BW1356 or BW1345. Different shift linkages, they come through the floor in different locations. a Borg Warner shifter comes out on the downslope of the drives side of the trans tunnel, several inches towards the drivers side of a NP208 shifter. If the case is a 1356, great, it's stronger than a NP208. If it's a 1345... Meh, about the same and at that point I'd prefer a 208 for it's simplicity but you already have the BW case so whatever. You may have to get creative with the shifter if you want it in the stock location, haven't looked closely at a BW shift linkage in years.

Use your F150 shifter so it will come out of the floor in the same spot. Then just modify the rod that goes from the shifter to the t-case so it will work with the new t-case
