These were 18" factory wheels. They came on Harley trucks. They were also an option with a slightly different look. Same wheel but it was all smooth.

Yep, as stated above, the 2004 HD edition Superdutys had 18" wheels that would fit correctly.

In 2005 the wheel backspacing changed so none of the 2005 or newer wheels will fit correctly without buying wheel spacers.

I believe The 04 king ranch also uses a similar 18" wheel to the harley wheel, which I believe is the same as the now discontinued ford motorsports 18" wheel also, and here is the scoop since ive done it twice. If you use the 04 harley wheel, and want to use the oem harley caps, on an older superduty, you need to swap lug nuts to the chrome exposed ones. However the thread pitch had changed prior to 04, so 04 harley sd lug nuts will not work. You have a few options.
1. use your old lugs and centercaps and forget the harley caps.
2. use ford lightning lug nuts.
3. buy wheel washers on ebay and then use aftermarket chrome tapered lug nuts.
Ive done it twice using 04 harley wheels on older superdutys, and Ive bought both times 20 oem lugs off lightnings, and then bought the remainder of the lugs new from ed. The lightning lugs are about $8 each, and only come in packages of 5. $8 x 32 =$256 approx, plus shipping maybe even more now, so they are pricey just for lugs that way, but it gives the best oem look.

03 F250 trying to fit later 250 18" rims

Question: I have an 03' f 250 SD 4x4 with stock allum rims 16". reading a Bit I was curious how a set of larger wheels would make the truck ride and handle. I have a friend that offered his stock steel/chrome wheels with new tires from his 05-06 sd-350 and they are 18" and bolt up perfect but just hit the leaf springs the extreme turn angles. i figure a spacer of some sort would work but don't know where to find them.
can you help me

Just do a search in SuperDuty/Excursion forum for wheel spacers and you will find lots of info. There are a few different makers of the spacers.
