To many Truck choices
SO three choices right now:
99 2 wheel drive 4cyl ranger trade for my truck. (email sent)
00 4x4 3.0 ranger $3500 sell my truck ($2000) $400 in cash, make payments on last $11oo
83 F150 4x4 auto 302 $400 down $800 in payments drive the 4x4 all winter while I rebuild the 351 in my 87
NOT sure i can sell my truck for $2000,I want 4x4, not sure I like the looks of the 83.
Next spring I could swap the 4x4 stuff from the 83 to my 87!

That's a rough call on the 4 cyl Ranger, the V-6 auto in mine hates me. lol
Its a 99 ext cab 4x4 flareside, ok on gas, little jump seats in back with front buckets.
83 4x4 you can already work on that one, pretty much like your 87.
As far a 4x4 nice to have come winter, but worse gas mileage year round and more upkeep maintenance cost and more stuff to break.
Your truck with some AT tires and a sand bag for winter should be ok as far as you have to drive to work?
Thoughts to ponder...... for free
