Aftermarket questions

OK,

So I bought my 2004 F350 DRW a few months ago. This is an XL with absolutely NO options.

Told myself that I didn't need power windows (I was right)
Told myself that I didn't need power door locks (I was WRONG)
Told myself that the XL sealed beam headlights would be bright enough (Yep Wrong again)

So here are my questions.

I definitely want to install power door locks. Has anyone done it, are there better kits than others, Should I just do the windows at the same time because I will hate myself later?

Headlights. Million dollar question. These POS sealed beams are stupid dim. I have an 05 Expi as well, and they are literally 100 times brighter (Maybe not in lumens, but definitely in visibility. How difficult is the transition to newer lights. Anyone bought them on eBay, which brands, etc.

Thanks in advance. I posted this here, hoping someone relatively local has done the conversion(s) and may be able to offer some advice.

Glenn

Glenn...I don't know of anyone who has done the work personally...but...I've had it done for customers. PM me if you want the information.
