60 gas tank Install???

Does any one have pics or diagrams of where and how the gas tank straps bolt to the frame. I'm putting the tank in and the strap bolt holes don't line up with anything. Am I missing some part or bracket that goes from the frame to the strap?

The 1960/64 Ford Passenger Car Parts Catalog is available on a CD from hipoparts.com.

This catalog has an exploded view of the fuel tank and all the necessary parts to install it.

1960/63 is essentially the same.
