Aftermarket Wheels and TPMS
I want to buy a set of 18x9's wheels to run my summer tires and keep the stock 18x8's to run my winter tires. Have any of you tried to buy your new wheels with a new set of TPMS sensors? Where did you get them (part number's would be appreciated) and have you had any problems using the TPMS reset procedure to program them to your car?
Thanks!
Thanks!

I'm confused on the whole issue,...but I changed my Rims to a prettier kingranch take offs from a 2009 and at Discount Tire, this guy comes out with a handheld thingy and programmed mine on the spot. Like I said I'm clueless on how they work but they did it and have not had a problem. I think he used my old sensors, I kept the same size rims.
Hope that helps.

the issue is that some would like to drop to 50 sometimes to soften the empty ride, but the sensors go off. and there is no (approved) way to reprogram the truck to accept 50 as the limit to warn on.
