Wife and Noise

My hearing is not very good infarct it stinks but I like the peace and quiet! But my wife tells me she can hear a high pitch sequel now. I can not hear anything. I did remove the cat but not the muffler. I did weld the cat back together and put it away for now.Is this the turbo she can hear. Has anyone that removed the cat hear a noise?

Hey Sam I know what you mean as far as the hearing, I'm always having to take the wife for a ride with do you hear anything different. I don't know but that is probably what she is hearing, Chris has the same set-up you do so hopefully he sees this & comments.

I have checked everything and all gauges are good. I just hope that is it. If I do not feel it in the steering wheel or see a gauge not normal I just keep going. I feel better now thanks.

Sam, when I first read the headline, "Wife and Noise", I almost spit my coffee all over my keyboard. I was thinking.....now here is either a really brave man, or a man with a death wish.
But then I got to thinking that I doubt that any wives or girlfriends take time to read our posts, so we're probably safe here anyway..........at least I hope so!
On a serious note, I hope that you find your "Noise" and that it is either normal.......or an easy fix!
