The Crew Cab is for the full rear doors. While the Super Cab is for the 1/2 doors. However, I could have sworn I saw both in the parts diagrams and descriptions when I was looking. I suppose you could also call your closest Ford dealer for a quote and PN if all else fails.

Anyhow, I had or have the same issue and mine are still in my shed with broken clips. I just figured I would have to order the entire strips. Right now I wish I had fixed them as our dirt road is a lake right now and I have tons of mud in my doors now.

You may not get an answer from Parts Guy Wyatt as he hasn't been active since early in 2014. Parts Guy Ed was the previous holder of that account and is no longer around due to health issues. You can still look up Horizon Ford and give them a call, but any good Ford dealer parts center should be able to help.

The part number is 454910BP. They are expensive little boogers at 2.50$ for Qty 3, but I value the convenience of having them today very high. They are a Christmas-tree style clip and fit great. They have a large diameter head on them too so will hopefully hold for a long time!
I tried to attach a picture here but couldn't figure it out on the mobile site. I will just throw it in an album on my profile, check it out there if you'd like.
Hope this helps!
EDIT:found out how to attach pictures!
