After almost a week of reading various posts and troubleshooting this code I just wanted to let everyone know my outcome...because it is the most left field fix I have ever read. I understand that the code is a "lack of communication between the IDM and PCM. After checking the PCM and the IDM and every wire and fuse I could find between what I found was that my right side battery had a dead cell!!!! New batteries...no codes and evrything running like a boss.
