The Lincoln motor will have E6SE heads on it(the worst SBF heads ever made) unless it's a HO motor. Those D8OE heads are from the smog era so they're no good at all, and although the D0OE heads have decent sized combustion chambers(58cc) they don't have hardened valve seats and it's not really cost effective to spend any money on old heads when used or refurbished late model heads cost so little.

Usually the intake manifold will have a cover plate on it with the letters "HO" cast in. Also, Ford's practice used to be that the the throttle body was mounted on the passenger side on HO motors, and driver side on regular motors. Other than that, the HO motor has the 351W firing order: 13726548. You can see it by turning over the engine by hand and watching the valves actuate.
