Is this truck worth it?

this question might be somewhat assinine, but i have found this 84 f150 that i am considering trading for. i currently have an 87 bronco with a 302efi that is running fine but i am selling to get a truck with lower milage(its a long story on why the milage bugs me) but the f150 has a big block swap with a 490 with what looks to be a 800cfm edrolbrock carb with an RPM torqer intake, it has a twin 40series flowmaster system on it, high capasity b and M oil cooler. it is also a manual with a almost gone clutch. its truck bed has preaty bad rust witch looks like it could be fixed with just weldiong in a new floor(sides and wheelwells are rust free) interior is a bit rough. does this seem worth trading? i will take pics if anybodies wondering. thanks in advance.

490?

The truck sounds like it was beaten up pretty bad. I would stay away, but that's just my opinion.

I'd stick with the EFI (and the Bronco!).
