Shout out to DREW FORD of La Mesa (San Diego)

My F250 6.0 PSD was puking from the degauss bottle, had a loss of power, oil leaking and so forth. I took my truck to a Ford dealer in LA county and they not only did not fix the problem but I had to pay close to $400 to get it out of their dealership. Problems not fixed.

Took it to a dealer in the city of San Diego and they instilled no confidence in me at all when they were taking days to diagnose after I told them what I suspected. In fact, they only had a few new trucks on the lot and I lost faith right away in any positive outcome.

It just so happened that a random military guy in a King Ranch pulled over to talk about my tires & rims on my truck and advised me to go to DREW FORD in La Mesa and not waste time anywhere else. That was the best advise I could of got.

I drove up to find these guys flooded with ambulances, law enforcement, Border Patrol vehicles being serviced and a lot full of new trucks for sale. The service manager LISTENED to me and in no time said, "No problem, we're going to get it fixed for you."

Just like that. They did EVERYTHING. I don't have a history with this place, don't know a tech there, didn't pressure or insist anything. They simply did their job.

Holy cow, batman, really?

Yes. Unbelievable.

Have you or anyone else bought from Drew Ford? I'm in San Diego and will be looking to buy at the end of this summer when I return from deployment.
