Rebuilding the 6.0 VGTurbo

I looked all over the internet for information on how to Rebuild the turbo on the 6.0 Powerstroke and all I could find was "reconditioning" instructions that won't be addressed here.
This Thread will give those a visual on how I did mine in hopes it would help you rebuild your 6 liter Turbo for $125 instead of replacing it for $1,250. that is, if it's rebuildable.
To obtain the rebuild kit, locate your favorite Garrett distributor.

The rebuild kit needed is not available from Ford.

Hmm looks good. If I don't have any play in mine would it be worth pulling it apart just to clean it up a little? I have "barking"/"farting" upon decelerations and I'm thinking my vains might be a little coked up. What do you think? Great pic tutorial!
