I get 17 city and up to 21 on the Highway, it depends on how I drive. Pulling my trailer, 8400Lbs - 16 city, 19 highway(if I stay under 65) above 65 with the trailer its about 16 on the highway. These are manual calculations. I've got about 195,000 miles on the X. I have finally got my lie-o-meter down, it's consistently 3 mpg low on it's calculation.

I drive fast on hwy and have a chip in mine, but we still get about 16-17 hwy and that is usually at about 85mph

sucks not having the 5 spd tranny, it would be nice to be out of the boost at 85 and in 5th, but with the 4spd I am just a little in the boost, can just hear that whistle from the turbo

First one, a 2000 Limited, could occasionally get 20mpg on the highway if 2000rpm or less, 13 or a little less pulling a twin-engine offshore boat about 7000#. This was on stock 265's. It lost about 1.5-1.7 across the board when I put 285's on it.
My 2002 gets about 17.5, 18 is the best I've seen. Towing, 11.5-12.1 This is on 285's. It lost an even 2.0mpg from the stock tire size to 285's.
All hand calculated- I pay no attention to the overhead. Neither truck lifted.

I must have issues, I have a 2wd and see 15 around town and maybe if I am lucky 19 on the hwy @ 60 mph. If I hook up my TT (6000) I see 10 and 11. Maybe I need to go back to stock

That's almost exactly what I get with both my Excursion and my F250.

15+ city driving, 17 - 19 highway (depending on RPM's), and 10+ pulling our travel-trailer fully loaded, right around 9000k. The only difference is the F250 gets 11+ pulling the trailer.

Excursion and F250 both are chipped with exhaust and intake. Ex is 4x4, 250 is 4x2. Ex has stock injectors, 250 has single shot AC's.

The Ex has an F250 4x4 suspension on it and the 250 has 2" spacers on the front suspension.

Both have stock wheels and tires.

All calculations are by hand.
