It seems that Mickey D's food doesn't deteriorate over time like you'd expect:

It used to tick me off to no end. We would spend weeks and months at sea. I would feed the crew steaks, live lobster, prime ribs, chops, burgers, dogs, any and all styles of chicken and I would make it they way they wanted it based on survey feedback.

Bam! We pull into port and where are these kids headed? To any fast food joint they could find. It's really insulting when you do your best to feed a crew, make what they want and the way they want it and then they leave the ship for food stuffs that don't deserve to be dignified as food.

my questions to ask now..

1..will this stop us from eating there?
2..does it taste any different after heating it back up again?
and why would anyone think to leave a meal out for six months to take pics of it?

I guess some people I know won't likely need embalming fluid when they finally die of a heart attack.

Does anybody else get sick to their guts about a half hour after eating a big mac?
I put that equation together years ago, and have never passed thru the Golden arches since.

I saw this same news story. I did notice the pickles, mustard and ketchup seem to be missing, but that's just downright scary. Bread that doesn't mold? Meat and potato that doesn't deteriorate?

I'm left wondering what would happen to those chicken mcnuggets that come in the happy meal my daughter used to be so fond of?

I'll still eat the occassional Big Mac (and no, they don't make me sick) and I love Egg McMuffin and most of the breakfast menu. Of course, now days I only eat McD's as a rare treat. However, it is a little scary that the bread and meat don't go bad after a few days. Art exhibit aside, I'd like to know why...

I'm wondering if it's even safe to eat their salad. No doubt they're using preservatives in that too.

I can't eat there without getting sick. It just doesn't work for me. Thats why I go to the ultra-healthy Wendy's
