I would just like to experience a Champaign and Caviar life on a beer and pretzels budget.

Yup. I'ma lucky feller. I wasin taught thet ifin life gave ya lemons ya were plumb lucky. Causein life don't owe yas nothin. Fact is it's good bout givin ya pain an trouble. From what I seen o thet champain an caviair yall kin have it. Beer n pretzel isin ok fer special events an I kin tolerate um every 4-5 year ur so.

But a taste from a jug o good sippin whiskey and a camp way out in the desert has ta be done as many times a year as ya kin. A cigar goes with um both right nice.

Yup I'm plumb lucky an have seen a bunch of purdy country. Woke up with views so powerfull it kin knock a feller offa his feet. I have two good sons. A good dog. A house. An two 4x4 Fords ta take me to the places I love to go. Might not be everyums flavor but it suits me through to the core.

Curtis, you forgot tripe and chicken feet.

Of course there is also beef heart and a few other tasty things.

Mountain oysters. They come from lots of sources.

Boy, you aint lived, till you grow up with a set of parents who grew up dirt poor and had to eat all kinds of weird things growing up just to feed themselves, then take the time to show you what you missed out on..

now I can't say I have had actual caviar, just good old Kansas Bass fish eggs fried and seasoned. I am sure it tastes alot different than that fancy caviar..

Not much on the fish eggs, beef heart Oh Yeah, Hold the pickled pigs feet but gimmie the pickled eggs and onions. Calves Liver smothered in sauteed onions I can handle too but give me a dozen MD steamed crabs or a lump meat crabcake and I will do anything you want, just ask Michelle.

Anyone ever heard of "Knip"? It was originally made of hog brains and seasoning and you browned it on the griddle and then on bread covered with syrup. Now they just use seasoned pig meat (not sure what parts?)

Simply amazing stuff, I have a few bricks of it in the freezer.

Anyone I have talked to thought I was nuts, even my wife never heard of it. She think's that it/me are wierd as heck. Maybe it's a Rogge thing?
