leafspring bolt?

Hi out there just had a question about leafspring bolt tightness. Doesnt seem like they are supposed to be very tight, what torque should I use if any? thanks all

Which bolt? Front or back?

If you are talking about the shackle bolts the procedure is to put on the nut and draw it up snug, then back it off 1/3 turn and install the cotter pin.

If you are talking about U-bolts, here's the specs:
