Question One ton package yes or no?

Can you tell if a 1990 Clubwagon van has a 1 ton package or not, by the VIN number?
It is: 1FBJ531G3LHA98110
Thanks for any help I can get!
Also, if that doesn't tell, will the door sticker say, through GVWR numbers? What weight should I look for, for a 3/4 and a 1 ton?
Thanks,
Mark

1FB is Ford Truck US (Bus); J is 9-10Kip hydraulic brakes without airbags; S31 is a 2WD E-350 (1-ton) XLT Super Duty Wagon; G is a 5.8L; 3 is the VIN check digit; L is 1990; H is Lorain, OH; & the rest is the SN.

Yes, G must be 7.5 liter, since the van has a 460 in it... So then, it is a 1 ton van??? That is cool! And yeah, that '5' must be an S... I couldn't decide whether my friends handwriting was 5 or 'S'...

I was looking at several VIN documents when I wrote that because I don't have one for that year, so I don't doubt it's the 7.5L. I guess I need to make a note of that somewhere...
