Police Package

Anyone know if It's possible to order a Police Package or fleet package, being a civilian? Iam curious to know, cause I don't really want much inside the truck I rather have the police package, because holes etc are already pre-drilled. I'am a volunteer firefighter and prefer to get a police package, that way I can install lights without drilling holes etc.

they probably wont sell any type of police package to a civilian. they usually require dept. letterhead and lots of other things I cant remember off the top of my head.
