V10 Bell size?
I have a chance to pick up a F250 with a V10 4X4 but no trans. Would be picked up as a project truck. I would like to put a standard behind it but do not know what bell size the V10 is. This would be my first time working with a V10.
I do not know what trans was original to this truck.

What year is the F250? Check if it has a clutch...if no, it was probably an auto tranny. If yes, you're home free. Converting from an auto to manual is posible but lot's of work and money. Get back to us with the information above.

Sorry It's a 2001 EXT cab. 4X4 with a lot of body rust .. Is all that I know for sure right now. The owner is getting me some photos. I would love for it to have a clutch already however I'm not getting my hopes to high.

All that I know to tell you about bellhousing size is that it is a Ford Modular engine bolt pattern. The same pattern is used on the 4.6L, 5.4L, 6.0L, and I think the 6.4L and 6.7L, but I don't know those two for sure.
